Once your hair has been ordered, the holding deposit is non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations or no-shows, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, your holding deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the holding deposit being forfeited and a new deposit being required to book another appointment.
If Jessie Mac Beauty determines that the requested extension service is unsuitable for your hair before your hair has been ordered, your holding deposit will be refunded.
By paying the holding deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to the booking and holding deposit policy.
