We describe our treatments and prices as accurately as we can. Prices and availability can change; the price confirmed when you book is the one that applies. Hair extension prices are confirmed after your consultation, because they depend on your hair and the method.
Bookings
Appointments are booked and paid through Square. Any deposit, cancellation or rescheduling rules are shown when you book and form part of your booking.
Consultation photos
If you upload photos for a hair consultation, you confirm they're of you (or you have permission to share them). We use them only to assess your hair and prepare your appointment; see our Privacy Policy.
Results and aftercare
Results vary from person to person. Following the aftercare advice we give you helps your treatment look its best and last.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that services are provided with due care and skill. If something isn't right, email us at hello@jessiemacbeauty.com.au and we'll work with you to fix it.
